I did this last night. The only change I did was after I had baked the bread I added white cheeder cheese returned to the oven to melt the cheese. Was enjoyed by all.

This was delicious. I had some hoagie rolls I wanted to use for garlic bread with Italian food, and this recipe worked really well.

Fast, easy and very tasty. I took the 'advice' of others and used softened butter and a couple extra garlic cloves. The bread was used to make Italian sausage sandwiches and were loved by all! Thank you Grace Yaskovic!

This garlic bread had a sour taste from the garlic and no one in my family would eat it..had to throw it away. Next time will use garlic salt, not fresh garlic.

Good classic garlic bread. I used a crusty Italian loaf and this was a very adequate amount of butter. I softened the butter instead of melted, so it's easier to spread evenly and I also added another clove of garlic.
