Extremely quick and easy to make and very tasty. I ended up adding a lot more fresh parsley and grated some parmesan cheese on top before broiling. Definitely a winner!

I used dried parsley and added 1/2 tsp. of dried oregano. I also added a little bit of olive oil. I sprinkled some parmesan cheese over top - very good.

Heat half butter and half olive oil with a little salt, parsley, and garlic to preference for about 5 minutes. Cut bread in half length-wise and spread on the inside. Also apply some olive oil only to the outside of the bread if you like your garlic bread crunchy. Heat in the oven with no foil.

Really simple and easy to make. The butter might leave the bread a little soggy but I just left it in the oven for a few more minutes (2-5) and it came out fine.

This was a very good garlic bread, though I only put half of it back under the broiler so people had a choice of crunch or no crunch. Here's a little tip if you are out of fresh parsley (do not)use dry.I did this the second time I made it and it was awful!

I had this for my birthday dinner, it was very good and simple to make. I made it with one of the circle sourdough loaves and just cut it in half. I will definitely be making this again

Decent garlic bread, but the melted butter made the bread soggy. I would just use softened butter and less of it next time.

I used softened butter instead of melted butter. I skipped the step where I had to broil the bread, and it came out just fine. The recipe was so simple and delicious. It tasted like restaurant garlic bread.
