This is a very good family meal. We used different colored peppers to add some color, exchanged green onions for the white onion, and put it with spaghetti noodles rather than rice. Good flavor to it. I definitely like using cloves of garlic rather than powder.

This was a quick and easy recipe to prepare. I added some fresh pineapple and served over whole wheat linquine.

This was yummy and easy. The only change I mad was use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder used only 2 cloves would use more next time and add some spicy garlic chili sauce to it due to personal preference. But that's it. It was delicious and I can't wait to make it again.

It's a great recipe for using those summer garden veggies. However, it's a bit bland in my opinion. I would add minced garlic (rather than powder), cook in sesame oil, perhaps add a little sugar and ginger - to give it more flavor. My family did enjoy the meal, but everyone added more soy sauce. It is fun to use veggies from one's own garden - especially prolific zuchinni!

Tasty, healthy and very easy to make. I changed it just a tad because I dont care for bell pepper. Instead of the bell pepper I added julienne style squash and water chestnuts as well as some fresh sliced garlic. Definatly worth making again.
