Tasty and different from your normal chicken salad. I scaled down the recipe to 1 serving for kidlet's lunch. Served with Ritz crackers. Next time, I would like to decrease the curry powder by 1/2. Also, I used currants because I didn't have golden raisins. ***UPDATE*** Kidlet woke up and she tried it before school. She wasn't pleased with the taste so I'll eat it for lunch.

Very unique flavor! Served this chicken salad on chewy ciabatta bread. I used regular black raisins, don't think it would make much of a difference though.
