Wonderful. I left out the onion due to personal taste. I thought the italian seasoning was a great way to spice up green beans. THANKS.

Great green bean recipe with a couple twists to make it unique. I did use a full 8 oz pkg. of crimini shrooms and diced up the water chestnuts - we all enjoyed this. I'm not a salt person but did wait to taste till after I added the cheese and I thought it needed just a bit more salt than called for. Thanks Diane!

Very flavorful. I omitted the water chestnuts. I would double the mushrooms next time. The parmesan topping is the "icing on the cake!"

These were simple and delicious. Steamed the green beans instead of boiling, and skipped the water chestnuts (didn't have any on hand). I also forgot to put on the parmesan cheese. All in all, I think this would have been even better with the chestnuts and cheese. Yum!

Really good and really easy to make. The parmesan cheese sprinkled on top gives it a nice touch!
