Perfect recipe-light and refreshing! I made it again the very next week because my roommate and I liked it so much.

Great recipe, but I added 1/2 to 2/3 teaspoon of minced garlic directly to the bruschetta, and sprinkled some Parmesan on top for a garnish.

Wow this one was easy and tasty. My guests would have eaten twice as much if I had made more. We liked it so much we made another batch the next day. I mixed some garlic and parsley with butter to spread lightly on the bread before toasting.

It was lacking something. So I took the advice of others and added Basalmic vinegar and lemon juice aprox 2 Tbsp (but really just add to your liking). I eyeballed the ingredients and probably added more chopped basil and sea salt. I also added 1 more garlic clove. After the changes, it was the best recipe for bruchetta I have ever tasted! Thanks for the recipe!

I followed the recipe except I made a garlic infused butter which I brushed on after toasting the bread and also added feta cheese to the mix. It was really good and a hit at our dinner. The feta really made the difference

I added a few splashes of balsamic vinegar and squeezed some lemon juice in the mixture. Delicious.

Real delicious, easy, and forgiving of improvisations. I found that measuring is largely unnecessary - just eyeballed the amounts and it came out delicious. I used more salt, closer to 3/4 teaspoon, more basil (just threw it in by the handful) and added balsamic vinegar to taste (for me, about 1 teaspoon). Finding it tasty, but lacking the zip I expect, I squeezed in about a tablespoon of lemon juice and BAM - perfect bruschetta!

I was expecting a little more flavor, fresh basil was unavailable when I made this recipe so hopefully next time I wont have to used the dried stuff.

This was simple and delicious. Of course I added some changes because that's what I do :) But my hubby BEGGED me to make it the very next night just for him (the first night was for a dinner party). I added balsamic vinegar to the mix- it needs a bite to it. Not too much though, just to taste. I also brushed each side of the bread slices with melted butter and sprinkled with garlic powder. I added A LOT more than the called amount of fresh basil, and covered all of the pieces with fresh shaved parmesan. Looks so nice and tastes even better!

My family really loved this bruschetta! I prepared enough for a potluck contribution and for personal use. Definitely a keeper!
