This is an uncomplicated but delicious salad. Cook the macaroni, dice up the veggies, mix the two together and stir in mayonnaise. Slip into the fridge to chill for a few hours, and then gobble it up.

Shrimp Garden Salad

Go out into your garden and pick the following - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green onions and celery. Wash, chop, and toss into a salad bowl with a few lovely shrimp, and your favorite dressing. That's it! 

Cheese and Garden Vegetable Pie

Chop the veggies, mix with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, and cheese, and then toss the mixture into a deep dish pie shell and bake. Slice hearty pie into big hunks and serve it with garlic mashed potatoes.

A great way to beat the heat and use the abundant vegetables from your garden. Serve with pasta or bread. You may substitute 1 cup wine or 1 cup water with 2 tablespoons vinegar for the vegetable stock.
