A very simple Chinese stir fry dish which is fabulous in taste. I saw my husband going for 2 additional servings of it and I had to remind him to leave some for the rest of the family! Serve with hot steamed rice.

Cabbage is sauteed with onion and garlic, then mixed with tomatoes, rice and some hot peppers. This is a nice side dish or a vegetarian entree. Our favorite with this dish is a nice ham steak. Enjoy!

These cabbage rolls are stuffed with a mixture of beef, pork, and venison, then baked in a tomato sauce. I remember my grandmother making these on special occasions, usually when she had a lot of hands to help her! This is time consuming but most excellent, and the rolls freeze well for later consumption.
