Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Brown meat; drain. Add Seasoning Mix; prepare as directed on package.
  2. Press biscuits onto bottoms and up sides of medium muffin pan. Fill biscuits with seasoned meat.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, if desired.
