Good --not too sweet -- and very easy. Made half a recipe. Take care when reheating as too much heat will make it too thin.

A bit too bitter for my taste. I think it would be much better with all semi-sweet chocolate.

Killer sauce. I followed the recipe exact, making no changes or substitutions. This was very easy--it was done in a matter of minutes. I couldn't wait to try it, digging into it after it cooled a bit. YUM. This is going to be awesome for our Sundae Sunday.

Perfect!! Finally a sauce that is not sickeningly sweet. I did leave out the coffee because I wanted to used it as a THICK topping for hot fudge ice cream cake. The coffee can be optional, but DO use the salt (a pinch or more). This will be my only fudge sauce henceforth and forevermore!
