This was a huge hit at Christmas. The dough is so beautiful to work with; soft and velvety. I added chopped cranberries to the chocolate filling in some, too. I will make these again and next time, I'm going to try using white chocolate instead.

The dessert strips are awesome! I made them with my mom and sister-in-law and we were a little confused on how to fold the dough over the filling. We put the filling down the middle, brought each side over (making a seam down the middle), and sealed up each end. We found we had to bake these about 40 minutes to get them golden brown.
