Mmmmmmmmmm-MMM! This is one awesome recipe. I followed it exactly minus the raisins. Tastes exactly like delicious fudge with a lighter, fluffier texture. SO quick to make. This will be a favorite for years to come! Thank you so much!

Not fantastic, but pretty good. I used pecans and dried cranberries. I think it would look nicer if the marshmallows were in tact, so to cool the fudge mixture awhile before adding the marshmallows.

I used white chocolate chips and crasins and nuts. When hardened I lightly drizzled red and green frosting over them and they made a beautiful holiday presentation.

Evaporated milk is generally sold in a 12oz can...is that what this recipe is supposed to be? 5oz was entirely not enough milk and the fudge turned out crumbly. Or I should have mixed it more gradually...not exactly sure what the problem was!

I made these exactly as written, and had no problem with melting marshmallows. They rocked, and everyone loved them.

This fudge was excellent and very easy to make! We found it easier to make by pouring the mixture into a pan, refrigorating, and cutting into squares. We tried making drops and they were very messy.

It doesn't get any easier than this! As I dropped them onto the wax paper, my daughter sprinkled red, white and green christmas tree sprinkles on them for a festive touch.

Very easy and turned out surprisingly well. The directions were right on. I am a disaster when it comes to making fudge, but the 'drop' method worked well. I used dried cranberries instead of raisins and dropped most into mini paper liners to give away to neigbors. Thanks you for saving me from yet another fudge disaster! I'll use this recipe from now on. For a nut free recipe, I'm going to try orange and cranberry.
