i followed the recipe exactly, but it seemed like it needed more chocolate to make it fudgier. So i added a little more. when i dropped by the spoon they were round like cookies. Had to refridgerate to harden a bit. My kids loved them though. and I will make again

ok, there was a commenter on here who said that 5oz of milk is not enough..I have to agree. Although no one else has said anything about it, so I know its something I did wrong..just dont know what. Fudge was a crumbly mess...dont know how anyone poured it into a dish..I had to pinch it together to keep it from falling apart. So tell me, what did I do wrong? Id love to try again, but wasted ingredients equals wasted money...someone please help

Onoliscious! Yummy! I followed the recipe exactly except I used large marshmallows since it was all I had. (22 or 23) My husband loved them and I'm about to make them for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. I used mini for the second batch and I found them a bit less moist than using large marshmallow. Either way though it was the easiest and best recipe I've found for fudge. Nuts and raisins add a lot of flavor but I see most users omitted them.

Mmmmmmmmmm-MMM! This is one awesome recipe. I followed it exactly minus the raisins. Tastes exactly like delicious fudge with a lighter, fluffier texture. SO quick to make. This will be a favorite for years to come! Thank you so much!

Not fantastic, but pretty good. I used pecans and dried cranberries. I think it would look nicer if the marshmallows were in tact, so to cool the fudge mixture awhile before adding the marshmallows.

I used white chocolate chips and crasins and nuts. When hardened I lightly drizzled red and green frosting over them and they made a beautiful holiday presentation.

Evaporated milk is generally sold in a 12oz can...is that what this recipe is supposed to be? 5oz was entirely not enough milk and the fudge turned out crumbly. Or I should have mixed it more gradually...not exactly sure what the problem was!

I made these exactly as written, and had no problem with melting marshmallows. They rocked, and everyone loved them.
