4 cups macaroni
2 stalks celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup sweet corn kernels
2 apples - peeled, cored and diced
1 large orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup mayonnaise

I made this recipe for my grandson's christening yesterday. Had no oranges so I used a tin of manderins. It went down a BOMB. Everyone was asking how I made it. Really lovely, tasty dish.
