Ingredients

  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced seeded serrano chile
  • 12 red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh diced peaches
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Gently mash the avocado with the onion and serrano pepper in a bowl. Mix in the grapes and peaches. Season with salt and, if desired, garnish with pomegranate seeds to serve.
