This was good! We didn't let it sit overnight, which I think would have made it even better.

I've made this a couple of times now and each time it is fantastic! I always use dried cranberries instead of raisins and red or green grapes. Either works. A little more curry doesn't hurt either. It isn't overpowering at all. Much better the next day after the flavors have marinated together. Delicious!

Great chicken salad recipe for those of us who are constantly trying to find a way to make chicken breasts less boring. I did use regular raisins, red grapes, and a Honeycrisp apple. I would make again.

Yum! I used what I had on hand (substituted rotisserie chicken, craisins, red onion). I love the sweetness of the fruit with the chicken and the pecans add a great crunch. And so quick to put together! Made again for a party with my less-than-adventurous family and was shocked to see it disappear.

I just made this, and it tastes amazing. Tomorrow it will taste even more flavorful. I used almonds instead of pecans, yogurt for the mayo, and about doubled the curry powder. It's sweet, tart, and a little spicy all in one fantastic dish.

This salad was REALLY good - and has potential to be the best chicken salad ever! We omitted the grapes, but followed everything else exactly. I found it a bit on the dry side, but I wouldn't want to add more mayonnaise. So, next time I will add 1/2 cup plain low fat yoghurt, and mix it with the mayo.

I made this for the first time for an HH/FB luncheon at my work. EVERYONE loved it - ate every bit. I only had mixed nuts, and I put some dried cranberries in too

I would give more stars if I could! I was trying to find a recipe close to Arby's market fresh chicken salad and this was very close! My 2 1/2 year old even liked it!

Love this recipe! Chicken Salad fans who aren't afraid to mix things up a bit should try this! I like it with Miracle Whip instead of Mayo for some extra sweetness with less fat. Yum!

So tasty and healthy! I used fat-free mayo, and didn't notice any difference because there's so much other good stuff in there. It was very good the day it was made, but even better the next day.

So sorry, this recipe did not work for us . I added everything except the nuts, the curry was overwhelming, I guess we are sensitive to certain spices and my kids did not like the raisins or the apples in it. I will keep searching for that perfect chicken salad recipe. The reviews were great for this one. Maybe I will give it a second try and change it up a bit. Thanks

I used this for a baby shower and it received rave reviews. I decreased the amount of mayo due to reviews saying it was too wet. Bad move on my part as I ended up adding more the morning of the shower since it was very dry (at least to my taste). The salad was a hit - raved about actually.

A great palatte for you to create your own creation of a curry salad. Very simple which is great for busy people like me and impressive twist for an ordinary salad. I would increase the curry to 1 tsp for every 2 chicken breasts. I like curry a lot and so does my family so i add the extra amount. I also agree with another member to just eyeball the vegetables. That way it's catered to how you want it to taste.

Great flavors! I added a splash of OJ for a fruitier flavor and exchanged the dried raisins for cranberries. I served it in a fresh avocado half . . . very tasty!
