The way it is written 4 stars-Swap out the apricots for cranberries (craisins) and you have a winner! My family loves this one. Easy to make ahead too. I've done it with half cornbread, half bread and it is good too.

I love this recipe and so does the rest of my family. Any event we have they ask me to make this. I myself prefer chopped walnuts, and cranberries in them. Great recipe, easy to make.
