This salad is very tasty and light and I loved the combination of flavors. The salad dressing was just a bit bland so I added an extra tablespoon of the vinegar - very yummy and I will definitely make it again.

So good! I leave out the mandarin oranges because I do not like them. I also use sugar-roasted pecans. Great salad!

This is great! I had something like this as well at a local cafe, except that they used pralined pecans. Thanks for tastey treat.

I made this for a luncheon at work. It was well received, and a few coworkers asked for the recipe, therefore, I will give it 4 stars. As for myself, I thought it was just OK. The dressing was a bit vinegary for my taste. I added extra jam hoping to cut the strong vinegar taste, but still wasn't crazy about it. Next time I will try less vinegar or maybe basalmic vinegar for a sweeter taste. I did use black rasberry jam as the market had no red rasberry jam. Maybe this had something to do with it?

I tasted one like this at Crispers Restaurant and this is so similar. It is truly delicious. I served it at a Christmas party and everyone loved it.

Thank you for this recipe. Easy to make and very fresh and tasty. I add a few raisns and dried cranberries to it also. Made it first for Thanksgiving and son in law asked for it again for Christmas.
