The oats were kinda lumpy...not the type I'm used to. The tangy taste is a plus becoz I love grapefruit. I used raisins instead of dates because we don't have those here in the Philippines. And I replaced the navel oranges with bananas coz I thought it would make the oatmeal taste too sour. Overall, I thought it was really good because of its nutritional content. This breakfast should be indicated for people with diabetes and cardiovascular disorders.
