This is a truly fabulous chicken salad! I make it several times a year and whenever I bring it for lunch, my coworkers rave about it. You can sub Miracle Whip for regular mayo (that's all I had in the fridge one day), using a little bit less MW than you would mayo.

I added more curry for a spicier taste. I also used fat-free mayonnaise. Very good!

This is a great chicken salad. I cooked off my own chicken and let it set overnight. ADDICTING is the only word to describe this salad.

Delicious recipe. I replaced about half of the mayo with plain yogurt to complement the Indian spice.

Yum Yum Yum. This was great. I didn't add the apples because I didn't have any, but I'm sure they would have only made it better.

Really good. I did do a couple of changes. I used red grapes (because that's what I had). I ran out of low fat mayonaise, so I only used about 1/2 cup. Glad I did, becuase it was plenty and it was really yummy. I also used a lot more curry than called for. Started with doubling it, then just kept adding more dashes in. I didn't measure the black pepper, but I'm sure I used more. To cook the chicken, I baked it with just salt, pepper, and curry powder. I could eat the whole bowl myself, but I better not. Oh, also threw in a small dash of cayenne pepper for a little kick. I enjoyed it, might even add a little more the next time I make it.

This is so good, I could have eaten it all before putting it in the fridge to chill. I used both red and green grapes and added dried cranberries, but otherwise I made no changes. Wonderful recipe to serve up on a bed of lettuce.

just terrific! I omitted apple and added a variety of dried fruits (fig and apricot) and did two kinds of raisins. I changed the pecans to pine nuts and almond slivers and added jasmine rice to make it a full meal. Warm, crusty bread and you are in bizniz!
