Delicious! A big hit in our house, served as both a wrap and on lettuce leaves. I shredded rotisserie chicken, 1/2 med Braeburn apple, red seedless grapes, 1T Mexican crema, 5T mayo (1/3 c) mayo (3T reg and 2 T lite), 2 T fresh lemon juice (plus enough to squeeze on the diced apple), 2T fresh chopped parsley and 1/2t dried tarragon, and 1/4 t garlic salt. I used white onion and found it too sharp -- yellow would be better. I will make this from now on! Thanks!

I made this for my sister's baby shower, and everyone raved about it. I left out the raisins because my sister doesn't like them, and it still came out really well. We served it on croissants, it made a very light, lovely entre. Thanks

I'm not a fan of curry powder nor raisins. So, I eliminated both of those and this was fantastic! I served it with a small salad of mixed greens, balsamic vinegar & olive oil, topped with some feta.

Absolutely delightful!! I was skeptical at first so I scaled back to 2 servings. It was so delicious! I made it again the next day for my lunch and will definitely double it! I omitted the curry powder as I had none, used lemon pepper seasoning on chicken as I cooked it and added a bit of honey as was previously suggested. This is definitely going in my favorites. Thank you for posting this recipe!

I made this just as written (maybe a little more curry powder because I love the extra spice!) and it was fantastic. I had my mother over for lunch and we put it on salads. I had it the following day on a wheat wrap, and it was great both ways!

Good stuff. I think next time I am going to make the exact same salad with a Cajun seasoning for a little variety.

Not bad! Except, I used a red onion instead of a regular onion and I assume this is what gave the salad a WAY TOO STRONG onion taste. So dont use red onion. (oops!) I plan on making this again w/ regular onion, and cutting downt he onion just in case!

I loved it and can't wait to dig into the leftovers tomorrow night.I worked with what I had so I used halved seedless green and black grapes, almond slices and walnuts instead of pecans, dark raisins and a lot less (about 3/4 to 1/2) mayo (don't like mayo that much). hint:wash onions in some vinegar and water if you don't like the harsh 'oniony' flavor for 30 seconds. wash a great dish, my boyfriend and I loved it. He didn't even notice the celery in it... which he hates!!! Delicioso. will be making again for sure.

We made this yesterday and it was wonderful! We did not have grapes on hand, nor the golden raisins, but regular raisins worked fine and the tastes melded terrifically. I have a "favorite" chicken salad recipe I usually use, but this a terrific way to mix up the normal routine.

Salad was okay, I advise if your not a curry fan either to put less of the amount poster or ommited. I like curry but obviously after making this recipe, i realized im not that crazy about it. To me it overpowered the salad, my husband didnt even realized there were fruits in the salad. Dont regret making it but wouldnt make it again.

This was excellent - even my kids even loved it. I added 1 1/2 Tsp. of curry powder and 3/4 Tsp. of Lemon Pepper to add more flavor. Excellent and easy. I made this with "Sweet Dinner Rolls" from this site and it was a complete meal.

This is a truly fabulous chicken salad! I make it several times a year and whenever I bring it for lunch, my coworkers rave about it. You can sub Miracle Whip for regular mayo (that's all I had in the fridge one day), using a little bit less MW than you would mayo.
