I prepared this dish to take to a pot luck dinner so I doubled it and didn't serve it on individual lettuce leaves. I enjoyed the fruit and vegetable combination but thought the mayonnaise dressing was just a little bland. I added fresh lemon juice, some fresh ground black pepper and a little coleslaw dressing. It received rave reviews!
