Great! I used 1 c A.P flour and 1 c whole wheat, also used dates instead of raisins. Talk about a hearty muffin! They're delicious & moist. Thanks!

Nice n'easy: in place of the raisins/nuts, I chopped up 3 cups of Kirkland's Fruit Medley (has mixture of nuts & dried mangos/kiwi/strawbrry's/etc...) and came out excellent!

I love that there is so much apple in the recipe. Turns out more like a bunch of apples and nuts held together by a little bit of muffin. I replaced the oil with margarine and it came out fine.
