This is a light and airy dessert that you can make with any of your favorite fruit -raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and pineapple. The berries are cooked with gelatin and sugar, combined with freshly whipped cream and meringue, and spooned into a waiting crust. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprig of mint and berries.
