I thought this was pretty good. Bf wasn't so thrilled, but he's not a huge fan of citrus flavors. I made a fruit salad with mangos, strawberries, raspberries, nectarines, and apples since that's what I have in the fridge. Pretty good, and I can see how this would work with any fruit. I have leftovers of both the fruit salad and the dressing, so I probably didn't need to make a full recipe. that's okay; I will use the rest of the dressing as a dip. thanks for the recipe!

Very good. I made this dressing as is. I found it a little sweet. I will cut the sugar down next time to just a couple tablespoons. This made a beautiful glaze on my fruit salad.

Used this on fruit salad for a church banquet and it was a hit. It is very good and enhances the flavor of the fruit.

I loved it, my boyfriend hated it. I made it without pineapple juice and it was just fine.

I was very pleased when my not-so-ripe honeydew was magically delicious! I will use again in the future for any fruits that need that little something. Thank you.

Great dressing! It keeps cut pears or apples or bananas from turning brown. However, it wasn't great after storage, especially with the bananas in it, so I would suggest only cutting the amount of fruit you think you will need and then you can save any leftover dressing in the fridge for another day and add it to some more freshly cut fruit.

This was good, but not the best. I don't know if my fruit was too ripe, but everything seemed to get really soggy at my party. But, the taste of the dressing itself is delicious.

This dressing is excellent. I agree with others who have noted that the amount of sugar can be reduced/eliminated. I used half. My fruit choices were strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, balckberries, and kiwis. My only addition to the recipe was chopped fresh mint.

The fruit salad dressing was so easy to make and delicious results. It does not overpower the fruit, but rather enhances the flavor overall. Thumbs up from everyone who had it. It also helped my not so flavorful cantelope taste really good!

This is terrific! Very easy to make and so tasty. And I don't have to worry about my bananas and apples turning color since it has the lemon juice in it. I used a combination of fresh and canned fruit and it is just delicious!

This was wonderful! I didn't have pineapple juice or orange juice concentrate. Just used 2/3 C. Fresh squeezed orange juice and the flavor was marvelous. Thanks!

What a hodgepodge this turned out to be! I thought I had all the ingredients, but quickly realized I didn't. I had no pineapple juice, but had 4 pineapple rings (from canned), so I diced them & added. To make up for the liquid loss, I added 4 oz. peach juice (from canned peaches). I also had no orange juice, but did have Satsuma's on hand, so fresh squeezed them. I have to say, I was concerned, but wow! It was amazing. I can't wait to make it again when I have the proper ingredients on hand! Thanks! Update: I made this again for a dinner party yesterday. I used the proper ingredients this time. Funny, I actually liked my accidental version better! This was really good still, but it was a little too citrusy for our tastes. In the future I will make the recipe as calls, except will substitue peach nectar for the orange concentrate.

Very good! Makes a great fruit salad. Perfect for my Winter fruit (apples, pears, etc) as it keeps them from turning brown so I can have cut up fruit in the fridge. Will be great with Summer fruit too! I didn't use the sugar; just left that out as my fruit was sweet enough.

I used this recipe for a party and everyone loved it. I only used about 1 tbsp. of sugar, not 1/3 of a cup. It was delicious. I'll definitely use this recipe again.

Absolutely delicious! I tried it because I needed a non-dairy fruit salad. It does have to be done ahead to cool but it's worth the wait. I eliminated the sugar and it was plenty sweet enough. Try it!!
