This is awesome! I doubled the crust and baked it in a 9x13 pan. My son made a smiley face with the fruit on each square which turned out really cute!

Absolutely wonderful recipe-I drizzled white chocolate over the top of the fruit and it was absolutely delicious!

I'm going to give it 5 stars b/c if I had followed the recipe it probably would have been great, but I was in a hurry. I used snickerdoodle premade cookie dough b/c the store was out of regular sugar cookies. I also didn't rool it out, they were cut up squares and I just used them and made individual pizzas. Instead of sugar I used splenda but ended up added 2 tablespoons of regular sugar to make it a little sweeter. And for the fruit I was running through the grocery store and the frozen section was closer so I grabbed a bag of frozen strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and let them thaw while I made the rest. It was pretty good.. the kids liked it. I'm more discriminating though so next time I'll follow the recipe!

This was a great dessert. I was surprised though by how sticky the dough was (just added some flour to roll out). I split the dough into two batches and the pizzas turned out a perfect size to keep and one to share. My husband is already requesting me make this again with his football team logo on it. Yum!

Great easy recipe and always a hit at potlucks. Last time I cooked the (store bought) cookie dough the day before, let it cool & covered it with saran wrap & foil. Worked out great until I was ready to assemble the pizza. Also, typically I cut down on the amount of sugar as it is pretty sweet. But that can be done to fit personal taste!

Awesome! We used pillsbury sugar cookie dough and made personal cookie pizzas that we all got to decorate and eat. My son and husband loved them!

Tasted better than the ones I've had from the grocery store. Of course, mine was made with an extra dash of love, so that was probably why! :)

AMAZING TASTES EXACTLY LIKE THE TART FROM WEGMANS AMAZING AMAZING. i took another reviewer's advise and added a packet of dry pudding mix and it made the icing tastes more fit for a fruit tart instead of a cheesecaky icing. Next time i make it though i think ill prepare the pudding mix and try adding it in so its more like parfait instead of icing but it is amazing mmmmmmMMM! I also doubled the recipie and pressed the dough into a 9x13 glass pan. Just telling you guys if you do that you will need to bake longer and make sure you do because when i did it it came out really really soft because i underbaked it but STILL WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! Also added vanilla extract to the dough, when i doubled the recipie, i added 1 tablespoon. A lOT of icing left over though. Very, Very good. My mom LOVES it. She ate 2 whole pieces in a sitting, and that's saying SOMETHING. seroiusly. Thank you so much. I will NEVER buy fruit tart again.

I have made this recipe twice and found that I needed to make the following changes to make it excellent: 1. I used confectioners sugar instead of white sugar in the topping (thicker consistency). 2. I added 1 8 oz container of cool whip to the topping (lighter and holds together better). 3. I decreased the sugar in the cookie from 3/4 to 2/3 cup. 4. I added 1 tsp vanilla to the cookie crust. With these changes people rave about this recipe!

Fantastic and simple if you use a sugar cookie mix. I used Almond extract instead of vanilla which dressed the flavor up a bit. Will use again and again!

After reading many reviews I decided to use a different recipe for the crust. Perfect! It was not served till 5 hrs after it was made and there were no signs of it being soggy, I had a piece the following day and it still wasn't soggy. The following recipe does not contain a lot of sugar, so for those that thought it was too sweet... give this a try: 3 cups of flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 cup butter (room temp/softened). 1 cup sugar. 1 egg(room temp). 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cream sugar and butter together, mix in egg and vanilla. Add in all dry ingredients and mix by hand. Dough may seem a little flaky. Roll out with wax/parchment paper on to pan. Hints: using a baking stone gives best results. My crust kinda stuck to the pan so it took a little work when serving... maybe bake it on parchment paper? It tasted as good as it looked. My father in law said it was like the desserts you get in high end restaurants!
