Fruit 'N' Oat Yogurt
SUBMITTED BY:
Susanne Melton
"This combination of yogurt, oats, fruit and nuts is a delicious alternative to standard oatmeal. 'After sampling this yummy breakfast treat at my sister's, I had to have the recipe,' says Susanne Melton of Mission Viejo, California. 'It's healthy, quick to make--and tastes so good"

This was quite tasty. I used plain nonfat yogurt to reduce the sugar. Bananas and pineapple are so sweet that no additional sweetner is needed. If you are a fan of coconut (I'm not), I'm sure some shredded coconut would be a niced addition.

Different combinations. Although I njoyed the different textures I would exclude the nuts next time. My boyfriend love it, and even had seconds, I think it depends o the taste of the person.

I was not a fan of this, unfortunately. I thought I would like it because I do like oatmeal, and the rest of the ingredients. But I threw out most of it. :(
