This was ok but I would have liked it more if it had been more crunchy. My husband really enjoyed it but he also wanted more of a crunch.

The recipe was fast and easy. I changed it just a little. I substitued ground flaxseed for wheat germ. I baked the granola at 275 for 50 minutes and added the fruit after it had baked. I will make it again.

I thought that the flavor of this granola was very good. However, after have made this granola I would wait and put the fruit in near the end or after the granola has come of the oven. My apricots were hard as a rock. I was glad I could find a granola that did not have to rely on honey. My children really liked it.
