I add a tablespoon of strawberry jam to mine. The other idea of using strawberry cream cheese sounds good too.

This dip is amazing. Every time I make it, it always goes sooo fast. I just made it to bring into work tomorrow. I let the cream cheese sit out for a bit to soften while I made dinner. I took CAPEMOM77's suggestion of dipping a spoon in very hot water for the ease of getting the marshmallow creme out of the jar. I also added 1 tsp of vanilla extract. By the time I was done with dinner, I was able to mix everything with a spoon.

I added about 1-2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Paste and about 2 T sour cream to thin it. Really good.

I just made this the first time for a party. It is very good and obviously simple. I added a little vanilla and just enough food coloring to turn it light pink. My husband ate all the leftovers and asked me to make more.

I make this at every gathering. EVERYONE LOVES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep it simple and follow this recipe. Don't add anything else. Remember less is more. My friend makes it with sugar and yogurt, I hated it and so did everyone else. Everyone says they like mine better with just the cream chesse and marshmellow.

I have used this recipe for a few years now but I have varied it several times. You can use any kind of the sweet flavored cream cheeses or make it with the marshmallow cream and 8 oz cream cheese and add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder to it to make the best chocolate fruit dip ever!!! P.S. You can also use this as an icing on cake!
