This is a wonderful pumpkin pie with a delicious twist. It 's made with all the right pumpkin fixings: pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. But at the last minute, vanilla ice cream is folded into the filling, and the pie is slipped into the freezer.

Vanilla ice cream is turned into a luscious concoction with pumpkin puree, brown sugar, orange juice and spices. This pumpkin-ice cream mixture is then piled into a homemade graham cracker crust and frozen until ready to serve.

This pumpkin pie has a cookie crust, vanilla ice cream and pumpkin. It's served with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Yum!

This pie is so easy to make. Vanilla pudding, pumpkin puree, spices, milk and whipped topping are combined and beaten with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. The filling is then poured into a prepared crust and chilled for several hours. Serve it with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chopped pecans.

This pumpkin pie recipe uses melted ice cream instead of evaporated milk. The result is delicious. I have never brought home leftovers of this pie. I recommend using fresh pumpkin, but canned pumpkin can also be used.

The base is cooked up on the stove with lots of spices, condensed milk, and egg until thick and creamy. Pumpkin puree is folded in, and then this rich filling is poured into a graham cracker crust. The fridge does the rest. Garnish with whipped cream and candied ginger.

This is one of the 'impossibles' that we all love. A pumpkin pie that makes its own crust!

This is a spicier version of pumpkin pie. This recipe has been in our family for over 50 years and is always much enjoyed at holiday meals. The fresher your spices, the better this will taste! Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
