I made the following changes ~ Homemade graham cracker crust, homemade caramel & chocolate sauce on top with fresh raw coconut. So delish!!

This was great...will make again, again. Don't like coconut, so I used chocolate heresy crumbled up and used as a topping with the caramel.

this pie was a HUGE hit at my house, between the 3 of us, it was gone in two days. Very very simple and delicious! great sweet treat to end a hot summer day!

it looks amazing. a quick question though for those who have tried it. I want to make this one at a dinner for 8 and it will worksfor me beautifully if I freeze it the night before. Is 5 mins of thawing enough before you serve it or should I allow more time lets say an hour or so before I cut slices.

I made this pie in hopes of copying a pie served at local diner. It was awesome, better than the restaurant's. I gave my friend half and she ate it all by herself. Wonderful recipe.

THE best pie recipe ever!. Everyone that has tried it has LOVED it! Sooo easy and sooo good plus, it makes two so you can have one on hand in the freezer for unexpected guests!
