I did not give this all the stars available because it's a good base recipe but definitely needs to be modified to make it a 5 star recipe. I added coconut flakes as well as decorated the top with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries to give it the WOW factor. Tastes great too!

These are really good.. I am going to make them again and add the coconut pudding because I can see how that extra layer of flavoring could make the dessert pop. Anyways, really good, light, cold snack or treat that my kids and the neighborhood kids enjoyed.

This is delicious, I added the coconut pudding to the recipe ( I added only 1/2 cup sugar instead of 3/4 cup since I had added the puding mix). I made a a change and cut up a fresh pineapple instead of using canned, it worked very well. I served it with angelfood cake. Make this recipe, it is easy and very tasty!!

Wow, what a salad. I made enough of this for 150 people and served it at a church function. It was fabuous and so refreshing. The folks are still talking about it and asking for the recipe. I did add the small package of instant Coconut Cream Pudding. It made for a smooth consistancy, froze very well, and was easy to slice and serve. Can't wait to make this again.

I made this for fathers day and everyone loved it! I also added coconut pudding. It is a great, easy and cool dish to make. I will make it often as my family raved about it.

This was WAY EASY AND VERY DELISH! Everyone was asking for the recipe at the teachers luncheon! I think you could easily add a different fruit (fruit cocktail maybe) or add more fruit to the original such as mandarin oranges or peaches. This was really good stuff. I added a packet of instant coconut pudding as another reviewer suggested and it was just - amazing. Simple and yummy! An all ages pleaser!

yummy, yummy, yummy! I had gotten on all recipes to get a frozen fruit salad recipe, and this one came up in my search. It was a yummy, sweet, summery salad to accompany my main course! I used splenda instead of sugar and fat free whipped topping to make it lower cal.

I loved this stuff! I added a small package of instant coconut pudding, because coconut/pineapple is one of my favorite ice cream flavors, and this just seemed to cry out for it. The buttermilk added just the right tang. This was very good.

I was skeptical because of the buttermilk. It isn't one of my favorite ingredients. BUT!!! This stuff is delicious!! I took it to a family gathering and it was a hit!! I had many requests to make it for next gathering. Thanks a million for a delicious recipe.
