1 (29 ounce) can
solid pack pumpkin
2 1/2 cups
1 1/2 cups
pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons
1 1/2 teaspoons
2 (8 ounce) packages
cream cheese, softened
sifted confectioners' sugar
For me this was more like a cake than a bar. I halved the recipe and used 2 eggs but using more eggs generally makes things more like a cake. I used a 13x9" pan and store bought icing because I had some to use. While most of this went to the office with my husband, but I tasted a small bit and it really didn't taste like anything special. I doubt I will make it again.
Just made these and they are really good. Great recipe.
