I tried this with red onions and green onions and both turned out great. I also added in some salmon I had broiled and the tastes blended together quite well.

Overall i enjoyed it but i endedup using 3 eggs and fluffing them up with a bit of milk. Also I don't think their was enough teriyaki sauce i would add 2 tablespoons more. Tasted awesome as a entree with orange chicken.

I thought this was pretty good. I halved everything but the egg. Actually, I even thought about adding one more egg!

Decent tasting. I made this with two onions, fresh garlic, two eggs, and I added peas.

I used this recipe with "fresh" rice, not leftover. Instead of chopped onion I added minced onion. Same with the parsley, I used parsley flakes in place of fresh. We really liked it and will make it again.

Great recipe. Very tasty and easy to make. I didn't have teriyaki sauce so I used Soy sauce instead and turned out pretty good. I'll have to make it with teriyaki next time to see which one I like better :)

This was ok, I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out with a mushy texture instead of fried like a restaurant makes

We devoured this rice! My guys tore this stuff up. Not a bit left. I did sprinkle in some chicken boullion granules to the rice when I cooked it. I used 2 eggs, scrambled them and chopped them up. Instead of garlic powder, I added a tsp of minced garlic to the onion and sauteed it a moment then added the rest. This turned out wonderful. Add a little diced ham and a handful of green peas to this and you can make an meal out if it by itself.

My boyfriend said this was the best rice he had ever tasted! The flavor was mild but savory and sort of sweet from the sauteed onions. I cut the onion pieces quite small and sauteed them for about 8 minutes before adding the other ingredients. I thought it smelled great, too. My only variation from the recipe is that I did not add the parsley because I didn't have any, and I think I used a bit more teriyaki sauce than called for. The rice did lose a lot of flavor when we reheated the leftovers later that week, so I would recommend having extra teriyaki sauce or soy sauce to add when you reheat it if you have leftovers.

I added a teaspoon of sesame oil to the wok before adding the other ingredients. This tasted alright. I think it is intended for more of a convenient way to serve kicked-up leftover rice, in which case it was pretty good.
