I liked the coating...just not the green tomatoes. Never had them before...just not for me. I would use this coating on other veggies though.

Pretty good but the flour mixture could have used some more seasoning. Garlic powder, onion powder, or even some parsley. Good basic recipe though!

I really liked these, however, this was too much butter for our tastes. I cut the butter in about half and only used a little at a time, combined with olive oil. Overall very good. Will make this again.

Wow!! These were so GOOD! I followed the recipe exactly except used egg whites and townhouse crackers because I didn't have saltines then cooked them in a skillet on medium heat. These were the BEST. They had a crunchy outside and a tender inside.

Wow! What a great recipe! I had never made FGT but always wanted to since watching the movie. I had a ton of green tomatoes on my plants so thought, what the heck? This was the first recipe I tried and will be one I surely continue to use!! I used Ritz crackers instead of saltines though. AWESOME!!
