Excellent! A very yummy and easy fried chicken recipe. The breading stayed on really well. I used thinly sliced chicken breast, and cooked in peanut oil for 5-7 minutes a side in my cast-iron skillet. I had a little trouble with the gravy, it was a little lumpy, but tasty nonetheless. I served this with green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, and baked corn (from this site). What a fantastic meal! Highly recommended.
