I can't tell you how pleased I was with this dish! I The flavor was outstanding. The presentation was great. There is nothing negative, at all, to say about this recipe. I added about 3 pinches of sugar. It was a little sweet. I think I'll go with 2 pinches next time. I think my salt and pepper to taste needed a little tweeking. I'll add slightly more of each next time. Thanks for a fabulous recipe!

I doubled the bacon, because everything is better with more bacon! Simple and delicious, great recipe!

I had a head of cabbage but no bacon so I used butter as other reviewers did. Fantastic! I will make this again and again and will try it with the bacon as well...it's low carb too! Thanks so much for this recipe!

I did not use bacon or sugar because of my diet, and used balsamic instead of cider vinegar, and this was still very good. It was a bit bland but I added salt and it was great! I will try some bacon bits for flavor in the future.
