My dad's wife is always creating new recipes to use up the fruits and vegetables he grows in his garden. These cake-like cookies are one of her 'masterpieces'!

Cookies ripe with strawberry flavor. You'll need a food dehydrator for this recipe.

Basic, fluffy sugar cookie with fresh peaches (made out of desperation because my family had so many peaches from our trees!).

Even without the strawberry glaze, this pie would be wonderful. But do you think you can resist how the luscious glaze coats each berry so that each bite is a sweet burst of strawberry? Serve with vanilla ice cream or unsweetened whipped cream.

Fresh strawberries are piled into a pre-baked crust and doused with a yummy hot syrup flavored with almond extract and thickened with whipped egg whites. Then the pie is chilled, and decorated with whipped cream, mint leaves and sliced strawberries.

Soft, smooth white chocolate with a hint of pecan....a very yummy cookie. Chop the white chocolate as course or as fine as you like.
