I needed to make something quick with ingredients I had on hand... and this fit the bill perfectly. I made a few substitutions: I didn't roast the jalepenos (in the interest of time) and I used canned tomatoes from my summer garden. Also, I added a handful of cilantro. The cilantro darkened the overall color, but the flavor was awesome. It reminded me of the salsa I get an an authentic Mexican cafe in my neighboorhood. Very good.
