This is simply delicious, with the emphasis on simple. Rigatoni is cooked with garlic until al dente. Then tomatoes are cubed, sprinkled with basil and oil, and plopped in with the rigatoni to mingle and cook a bit more. Toss and eat.

Taste a late summer harvest in a colorful pasta sauce that needs no cooking. Simply stir cooked corn, chopped tomatoes and sliced green onions into a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar and basil. Toss with hot pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Cilantro, basil, and parmesan cheese are toasted in the oven to create a crunchy topping for a sun-dried tomato, and mushroom pasta. This is such a tasty recipe! If you're looking for something different, here it is! I get compliments on this all the time. There's some work involved but it's so worth it.
