Very Nice! I quadrupled the recipe (to serve 12) - I mean, really, why go to all the trouble for only 3 servings! Actually, it was no trouble at all! I used an apple corer on the apples and the pears then cut the rings into bite size pieces. Once all the fruit was cut I mixed in some lemon juice to help reduce the browning. Didn't have any kiwi, so used plums. Also, we are switching over to stevia as our primary sweetener. In this recipe I used 12 drops of vanilla creme stevia. Think I'll use Greek yogurt next time instead of the mayo. Not that the mayo was bad, just like using yogurt! OK, one more 'also'!! I added 1/2 cup raw almonds! Mmmm yummy! Thanks for the recipie :-)
