Fresh Fruit Cake

This simple moist yellow cake shows off the flavors of the fresh fruit and makes a wonderful summertime dessert. Try this cake with mixed fresh fruit of your choice, but do not use bananas, as they turn brown and mushy too quickly.

Fresh fruit is tossed in homemade rhubarb sauce for a delicious, and fruity alternative to regular fruit salad! One day I decided to stir some rhubarb sauce into my fruit salad - and LOVED the result. The rhubarb sauce keeps fruits from turning brown too.
