Yum Yum Yum. I am from KS but I live in California now. I was so happy to stumble across this recipe...just like home.

How many of us in SE Kansas have LOVED these? It's a tradition and I found the coup de gras last week,,,,,,,,,a cast iron one.......... Our recipe includes rum though..............the alcohol cooks out in the process.

these cookies are truly great. If u dont have a galettes iron you could just use wat you use tomake those hot breakfeast sandwich. dont use the stove cauze theyll burn
