All the ingredients - milk, sugar, eggs, shredded coconut, Bisquick, vanilla and butter - are simply stirred up in one bowl and, amazingly, this mixture forms it 's own crust while baking.

Someone brought this pie to my nephew's wedding, and I just had to get the recipe. It's the best I've ever tasted.

Freezing seems to do something magical to the coconut before it 's stirred into the cream filling and baked. In any case, this pie is certainly rich and delicious.

This is a thick, creamy and wonderfully sweet custard pie filled with lots of coconut. It bakes up beautifully and is terrific served with unsweetened whipped cream with a dusting of nutmeg.

There are lots of pecans and coconut in this sweet and gooey pie that 's quick to whip up. Butter, sugar, coconut, flour, eggs and water are combined, poured into a pie shell studded with pecans, and baked.

How can something so simple taste so rich and delicious? Butter is creamed and blended with melted chocolate, vanilla, and eggs, then beaten until thick and fluffy, and poured into a baked pie shell. Once the pie chills thoroughly, it can be served with whipped cream and a sprinkling of nuts for the crowing touch.

Lots of good-tasting things in this rich pie 's filling: shredded coconut, evaporated milk, nutmeg, vanilla and eggs. It cooks up into a velvety custard that is poured into a pie shell and baked.

The coconut custard filling in this pie is sensational, but the real surprise is the coconut streusel topping that 's sprinkled on just before it 's run under the broiler and served.
