O.K. I did it!!!!!it is so gooooooood I ate one one loaf straight from the oven. Thank you Judy. I followed the recipe to the T. The only thing I've change was the "wash" of the outside-on one loaf I did nothing after it came out of the oven I've spread some butter over the top, the second one I've brushed it with milk and put some garlic salt all over OMG I thought I've died and was in heaven!!!!! Now some tips, I did everything by the hand, I've worked it for about 20 min. the inside was fluffffffy, my oven tends to over heat from the TOP so after 10 min I've put a large tin pan over the top rack. Aha, the salt, I sprinkle over the dough and work it in little at a time, it works good for me. I've sprayed the over once and the baguettes came out just like on the picture. Enjoy as much as I do!
