Delicious .. I'd been looking for a recipe and was very pleased to find this one! I used lobster meat instead of shrimp because of an allergy and doubled the amount of red pepper for added spice.

This recipe was great, easy to make. I found that roma tomatoes worked very well with this recipe. There is some heat but I loved it.

For a quick and easy gourmet style meal, this was it. It had some kick to it which could be added to your taste and the great thing about it was the ingredients were very simple and inexpensive.
