I was looking for a low-carb casserole. Some changes: added some white pepper, grated nutmeg and doubled amount of spinach. I also added 2 ounces of parmesan on top and in mixture. It needed to bake for 1 hour, and filled an casserole dish. It also reheated very well. THE WHOLE FAMILY LIKED IT, which is nothing short of MIRACULOUS!! Thanks for a yummy dish.
