This was pretty good, and the cheeses had a nice flavor, not at all a bland tasteless cheese pizza. I liked the olive oil/garlic flavor. I'd use more garlic next time. I didn't have any peppers. I liked this but I missed the sauce. I made half as directed and then half with tomato pesto sauce. We liked the sun dried tomato pesto side better. Made Pizza Dough II as it was faster than thawing out frozen. Smelled awesome while baking. Very good, will make again with sauce. Thanks Doris for letting us try this.
