The really good thing about this recipe is that it seems that the measurements are right-on to be able to taste EVERY ingredient! I was so ready to make this..with the exception of blackberries since I didn't have any on hand. I got just about everything in (and made up for the blackberries with extras of the other fruits) when I realized that I did NOT have any strawberries like I thought I had. UGH. SO...I added more blueberries and raspberries to make up for that (again)...lol Added everything else AND some ice since my blueberries were fresh (raspberries were frozen). Seriously...YUM..even with just those two things in it. I can taste each ingredient and can imagine I would be able to with the other added fruits (had I had them!!!! LOL). Although, I do think I may try some extra added lemon juice/lemonade concentrate since I totally dig things a little tarter, but this is perfect, too, the way it is! :) Thanks for sharing!

Great tasty smoothie!! Didn't have concentrate so substituted with lemon juice. Also cut back on the sugar by about a 1/4 teaspoon. All-in-all it was a great success at my house and sure to become a favorite!!! :)

Tasty and simple recipe. I substituted lemon juice for concentrate. And I had the Costco berry mix that excludes strawberries so I just added 2 cups of that. Splenda instead of sugar. Will add flax seed once I buy some.

So delicious! The boy I nanny is obsessed with smoothies, and I swear this is his favorite recipe. There were some seeds in the final product. I'm not sure if that is normal for berry stuff, or if I didn't blend it enough, but regardless, it tasted totally smooth and tasty.

I was out of frozen blackberries so excluded, only added have the milk and in it's place plain yogurt. I did use organic agave as sweetener. As always, added ground flaxseed and soy protein powder after tasting the original recipe!
