This recipe was tasty but a little flatter than expected.

this is wonderful! very easy, nice and chewy, great flavor. i used fresh thyme and basil from our garden (ya cant beat fresh!) and made the dough in our bread machine! reminds me of pizza hut breadsticks *in a way*. this will be regularly made at our house! (makes great breadcrumbs too!)

This is a bit different from traditional focaccia, but if you want something fast & easy that a 3 year old will devoure this is it! We loved this, expecially the cheese on top. It's going to become a regular at our house.

This is so good! It's not really like other focaccia bread I've had, so I'm not sure about the name, but the taste is amazing, regardless of what it is called! I made the dough in my bread machine and used 2 TBSP of olive oil, and still had to add a bit of water to get the dough to come together. It rose for about 1 hour, then I pounded it down and placed it on the baking sheet, on top of parchment paper. I spread olive oil on top, then added garlic powder in addition to the cheeses. Then I let it sit out for another 20 minutes. It was SO good! It would be amazing pizza dough, and I am going to try that the next time I make homemade pizza! Try it, you won't be sorry!

I made this just like the recipe said except I added a pinch of ground rosemary and didn't use the mozzarella because I didn't have any.It turned out crispy and delicious. I just had to stop my boyfriend from eating ALL of it before the lasagna was ready!

I really liked this recipe. The only problem I had was that I left it in there for too long (not according to the recipe though) and the cheese got a little too brown for my taste, but my husband still loved it that way! Thanks for the great recipe :)

This was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a simple focaccia for grilled panini's and this recipe was perfect. I only used only 1 1/2 tsp of italian seasonings instead of all of the herbs but I still used the garlic powder. It came out perfect and so easy. Thank you!!!

Fantastic! It did take a bit longer to rise, but it was worth the wait. We liked it with the cheese on top. I think next time I will put in a bit more garlic. Otherwise, no changes needed. This is a great recipe when you need a very quick dinner bread.

Perfect Focacia! I've made many other attempts and have never been happy with the results. This recipe is wonderful! I did have to let the bread rise for much longer than called for - perhaps 40 minutes. I also poked holes in the top of the bread; sprinkled top with dried rosemary, drizzled olive oil over the top and then sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese. Bread's texture was out of this world.

I have barely any experience with yeast breads, so anything wrong with this is probably my fault. The dough didn't rise like I was expecting, and I think I overworked it a bit. The end result was a bit tougher than I had hoped, but still pretty yummy. Boyfriend made panini sandwiches with this; I think it would be better eaten on its own, there's so much flavor in there already it really doesn't need anything else added to it. A great recipe that will probably only improve as my cooking skills do!

This is a family favorite! We eat this instead of pizza. I have topped it with a mild ajvar added feta cheese, olives, onions and mushrooms. I subsitute whole wheat flour for a much healthier version.

Agree with the majority of previous reviewers. Great recipe, versatile, yeilds wonderful results with little effort. Family loved CookinginFL's suggestion to make wells in bread to catch olive oil/minced garlic mixture. Also followed other reviewers suggestions to add a little cornmeal to bottom of pan and to proof the yeast first.

This is now my favorite focaccia recipe! The only change I made was using my thumb to make small "wells/dents" in the dough before cooking and filling with olive oil. I have done this in the past with other focaccia recipes and really liked it. It helps to "lock in some flavor." Another thing to try: garnish with some fresh rosemary for an added touch.

This bread was so good I had a hard time getting to eat the other stuff on their plates! I took another reviewers advice and skipped the cheese... I oiled the top and added herbs and sea salt... very yummy!
