This by far is one of the best frosting/icing recipes I have made. I can never get them to turn out right. I followed the recipe like it said and let it whip on high speed on my Kitchen Aide for a good 3-5 minutes. It is very tasty, even the dogs agree! (i let them lick the whip!) I am now waiting for the brownies to get done baking so I can try it on them. Thanks for a great recipe. *UPDATE* So yummy on the brownies! I had quite a bit left over so I put it on sliced apples. I always like peanut butter and apples for a snack, but this was even better.

Turned out perfect, I halved the recipe and also added a couple of tablespoons of REAL maple syrup and tsp vanilla. I also used heavy whip cream in place of the milk. Fluffy and yummy!

YUM!!! I am a peanutbutter FANATIC and this was AMAZING. Perfect blend of sweetness and peanut butter flavor. I used it as one of three different frostings I used on banana cupcakes (recipe also from this site YUM). I had enough to frost 22 cupcakes and I have half of it left! Brownies here I come! (or i might just eat it with a spoon)

This recipe was good. I used it with peanutbutter cupcakes which was honestly way too much peanutbutter goin' around. But this portion of the finished product was good.

I have made this recipe twice now and it is perfect. I spread it over a batch of brownies and took it over to my friends house. Five girls ate that whole batch of brownies and the leftover frosting.

Flavor - great. Texture? Not the fluffy frosting I was hoping for. Maybe I did something wrong, so I'll go back and recheck/redo to see if I have different results.

First time making this...great taste(kids are fighting over the leftovers now) and will make it again but it was to thick for my liking. But I think that was me and not the recipe. I would recommend it just how it is. ;)

This is my go to recipe whenever I make chocolate cake, everyone loves it! Chocolate cake is made 100 times better (if that was even thought possible!) with peanut butter frosting!

I'm new to the baking scene and I love trying new recipes...this one is a keeper! I make chocolate peanut butter cupcakes and pb&j cupcakes! I did change it up a little though...instead of all milk, I used 2 parts cream cheese and 1 part milk :) I also added about 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. I don't own an electric mixer...so I did it all by hand! phew! my hands are tired...but it was well worth it!
