I'm a peanut butter lover and this recipe definitely has my approval! It has just the right blend of salty peanut butter flavor and the sweetness of icing.

This is by far the BEST frosting I have ever had. I made a double layer chocolate cake, with this frosting, for a family dinner and got nothing but compliments the whole night!

MMMMMMMMMMMM! This is perfect with chocolate cake or cupcakes. It may be way too rich for brownies. I didn't have an electric mixer so it wasn't as fluffy or smooth, but I was still able to make it spreadable and yummy!

Oh my gosh, as I sit here licking the spatula and swiping my finger into the almost empty bowl, thank you, thank you, thank you for this great recipe. I had no problems spreading the icing or mixing it. Other than making half a recipe, which frosted my 13x9 gob cake perfectly, I made it exactly as written. Thanks again!

The flavor was great! Not too strong, but definitely peanut butter. I found it a little difficult to spread, however... even after adding more liquid.

OMG... So good. I have been sneaking into the fridge at night just to eat a spoonful of icing. I went a little lighter on the sugar and used a whipping cream.

This was a really great recipe, I made it just as described but I think I need one more tablespoon of milk. I poured it over a bundt cake so I heated a bowl of the icing in the microwave for 15-20 seconds and then poured it over the bundt, it looked and tasted fabulous.

The flavor of this pb frosting is awesome! I screwed it up by adding too much milk- be careful, it'll get grainy and gross w/ too much milk. I ended up adding more pb, more butter, and more powdered sugar, and the texture improved. I guess I basically doubled the recipe! Great on brownies.

Very easy to make, my 2 & 6 year olds even helped . We followed the directions exactly, it came out great. Tip > dont icing a hot or even warm cake , the icing will look greasy and melt. We were excited to get eating the choc cake & icing. The other half of the cake they put icing on when it was completely cool and it was GOOD. Peanut butter taste but not to overpowering. The icing sets up nicely and doesn't get to stiff. Good icing we think, try it for yourself and see what you think.

This is a fantastic recipe! I have made it three times and will be making it again in a couple minutes. I have always used it the same way.... on brownies. I chop peanuts and put them on top of the frosting and the brownies turn out great. I will next time try it on cupcakes.

I thought this recipe was fantastic! Very little ingredients and very little time. I used the milk a little at a time and it came out very nice and creamy. I put this on a chocolate cake and it was fantastic!!

I found this recipe to be pretty good and not difficult at all. I followed instructions pretty good and took one person's advice to use more milk and it was great - very creamy. However, next time would use a little less peanut butter as it was a little TOO peanuty for me.
